Hairy lamp was created during my BA studies in Interactive Arts. It’s conception was sparked by the encouragement of tutors to create artwork in response to pain and internal conflict. It’s meaning and purpose has continued to shift and change throughout time, as it has stayed with me and I continue to interact with it.
